Ingest
Keep observation time, source and quality alongside each measurement. Distinguish measured, simulated and replayed data. A missing signal is not evidence of a failed asset.
Diagnose
Consider equipment faults separately from soiling, shading and curtailment. Record the evidence and the conditions that still need an operator to check.
Assess health
Read condition, criticality and data confidence separately. Avoid giving an uncertain assessment the appearance of a precise operating fact.
Approve
Keep human review between a recommendation and dispatch. Roles and approval authority need to reflect your actual operating organisation.
Request work
Connect an approved decision to a work request. The demonstration uses mocked SAP and Maximo dispatch; it does not establish a live integration with your systems.
Reassess
Bring the result back to the asset and reassess its condition. Compare before and after using the same metric definitions, with source and quality still visible.
