Walkthrough requests
We store work email, company, role, optional fleet capacity and message to review your request. Korean requests also include contact name, optional phone and explicit consent time. No automated email or external email delivery service is used.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry records have a 90-day retention threshold. Expired records are cleared on the next submission or administrator listing; a separate deletion task is also available. Exact deletion at expiry is not guaranteed until scheduled execution is connected.
Cookie-free traffic measurement
We record public path, language, referrer host, sanitized campaign source/medium/campaign, event, variant, timestamp, device class, timezone and a country hint derived from language and timezone. Daily visitor hashes and hashed tab session hints are used; raw IP addresses and user-agent strings are not stored. A tab identifier uses sessionStorage and language-dismissal preference uses localStorage. A country hint is not verified location. The existing language routing may set a NEXT_LOCALE preference cookie. That cookie is not used as an analytics identifier.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable page, click and lead-conversion measurement. Information in a submitted inquiry is still stored to handle that request. You can use the contact form to request correction or deletion.
