Plan your rollout

Start with the work you need to connect. Confirm the scope and review owners before sharing operating data or confidential information.

A practical starting point

  1. Choose the scope

Identify the plants, assets and responsible organisations, along with the operating problem to address first.

  2. Review data and access

Describe current data systems, tags, units and quality, and confirm who can authorise access.

  3. Walk through the workflow

Use synthetic data to inspect conditions, review evidence, approve work and follow the returned result.

  4. Agree the rollout

Discuss actual integrations, organisation setup, the first administrator, member access and operating support.

What to bring

  • The plants and key assets in scope
  • A description of data sources and interfaces
  • The teams that operate, analyse and approve work
  • The first workflow and your evaluation criteria

Do not put operating secrets, passwords or detailed personal records in the public enquiry form. Agree a suitable way to share any further material after the scope is clear.

An enquiry is not an account

Submitting an enquiry does not create an account or organisation. Existing users can sign in; members follow their organisation’s invitation and access instructions. Pricing, timing and support levels require a separate agreement.
